The Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) much-awaited housing scheme 2014 lucky draw list was released on Tuesday. The names of 25,034 lucky applicants are now available on DDA's website. DDA vice-chairman Balvinder Kumar said, "All payments by those allotted flats will have to be made online. Almost all flats will be ready for hand over by end of December 2014."
