DDCA official named kingpin of IPL pass scam; tickets sold for up to ₹80,000: Report

Delhi Police have identified a senior DDCA official as the kingpin of a racket that illegally sold IPL complimentary passes, The Indian Express reported. Nearly 1,000-1,200 passes per match were allegedly sold illegally near Arun Jaitley Stadium, with prices ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹80,000 per ticket. A petrol pump supervisor near the stadium acted as distribution in-charge, the report added.
