DDMA conducts mock quake drill days after tremors felt in Delhi

The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Friday organised a mock drill on earthquake readiness in the national capital, officials said. The mock exercise comes days after Delhi-NCR and its adjoining areas felt earthquake tremors for two consecutive days on March 21 and 22. The entire National Capital Region falls in seismic Zone IV and is, therefore, vulnerable to earthquakes.
