Dead cockroaches, open drains, unhygienic practices found after raids at 3 Hyderabad eateries

Several instances of hygiene violations were found following raids at Shah Ghouse Restaurant, Mehfil Restaurant and Ideal Kitchen in Hyderabad. The Cyberabad civic body noted dead cockroaches in batter, insects in urad dal, open drains, houseflies and gutka stains, among others, at the eateries, raising concerns about food safety. All three scored less than 70% in their hygiene assessment.
