Deadline for filing FY25 financial statements extended to Jan 31

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing the financial statements and annual returns for FY25 to January 31, 2026. In a notification, the ministry said companies can complete their filings by the extended date without any additional fees. This was the second extension after the ministry deferred the last date to December 31 in September.
