Death toll due to Cyclone Gabrielle in New Zealand reaches 11

The death toll due to Cyclone Gabrielle, which hit New Zealand on February 12, reached 11, whereas over thousands are still missing. The cyclone, which PM Chris Hipkins called the country's biggest natural disaster this century, has caused widespread damage including disruption of telecommunications and landslides. PM Hipkins said that 28,000 homes were still without electricity.
