Death toll rises to 22 in US building collapse; 2nd tower evacuated

The death toll from the collapse of a 12-storey residential building in US' Florida state rose to 22, Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said. The rescue teams are still searching for 126 people who're unaccounted for after the building collapsed last week. Authorities have also ordered all residents of a second residential complex to evacuate after it was deemed "unsafe".
