Deceased officer 'deployed' in Odisha for crowd control during PM Modi's visit

A deceased Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC) officer's name was included in the list of officers deployed for crowd control during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Odisha visit to launch Subhadra Yojana. The officer, Prabodha Kumar Rout, had died in July last year, with OCAC being his last posting. After social media users pointed out the discrepancy, the order was updated.
