Actress and BJP leader Smriti Irani said that she decided aged 12 that she could be born poor but she would die rich. She also noted that rich people teach their children how to acquire more money while poor and middle-class families teach them how to be satisfied. "I wanted a Mercedes, I have that now," she added.
