Decision on new Cong Prez should be taken at earliest: Scindia

Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia has said that a lot of time has "elapsed" and the decision on a new Congress President should be taken "at the earliest". He added that the party needs to "reinvent" itself and must win faith, love and blessings of the country. On July 3, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi officially resigned as the party President.
