Deepak Parekh steps down as HDFC Life Insurance Chairman, Keki Mistry named successor

Deepak Parekh has decided to step down as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of HDFC Life Insurance, the company said on Thursday. "Being the founder Chairman, Parekh has been instrumental in guiding and nurturing the company over the past 24 years," the company added. Keki M Mistry, currently a Non-Executive Director on the board, has been named the new Chairman.
