Deepika's brand barred from using 'Lotus Splash' mark amid dispute with Lotus Herbals

Delhi High Court has barred Deepika Padukone's brand 82°E from using the mark 'Lotus Splash' for its face cleansing product until the final disposal of trademark infringement lawsuit by Lotus Herbals. The bench overturned a single-judge's 2024 order which had refused an injunction against the actress. The bench observed that Lotus Splash mark was identical to Lotus Herbals' mark.
