Deepinder Goyal says 'Temple' will only hire engineers with less body fat, sparks debate
In a post that has sparked debate, ex-Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal said fitness is non-negotiable for applicants to 'Temple', which is building a wearable for elite performance athletes. "We need people who're obsessive about...the craft...Engineers who are also athletes," he wrote. "Only people who take fitness seriously...and have body fat <16% (men) and 26% (women) should apply," Goyal added.
