Deeply frustrated with the situation in Libya: UN Chief Guterres

Speaking on the conflict in Libya, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said, "I'm deeply frustrated with what's happening in Libya". He claimed that the UN's arms embargo on Libya remains violated and the countries supporting rival Libyan factions are continuing to interfere in its affairs. General Khalifa Haftar-led Libyan National Army is fighting UN-backed Government of National Accord.
