Deepti Sharma sold to SunRisers Leeds in The Hundred auction for ₹34 lakh

India all-rounder Deepti Sharma became the first Indian player to be sold in The Hundred player auction after being signed by SunRisers Leeds at her base price of £27,500 (₹34 lakh). She previously represented London Spirit for two seasons, including a title-winning campaign in 2024. Notably, SunRisers Leeds is owned by Sun Group, which also owns SunRisers Hyderabad in IPL.
