Dehydrated birds fall from skies amid severe heatwave in Delhi

Veterinarians and animal rescuers in the national capital have said that exhausted and dehydrated birds are dropping unconscious from the skies amid severe heatwave. As per a report by PTI, dehydrated eagles and pigeons are being picked up from roadsides as temperature crossed 45°C in Delhi. Cases of stray animals suffering from dehydration, heat strokes, and infections have also risen.
