Delhi ACP, accused of sexually harassing female journalist at Jantar Mantar, promoted

Delhi Police ACP (Connaught Place) Vivek Bhagat, who has been accused of sexually harassing a female journalist during a protest against CEC Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar, was promoted to the rank of Additional DCP. Reacting to this, CJP said that instead of facing action, Bhagat had been promoted. "What kind of system are we living in?" CJP added.
