Delhi Airport's T1, which was closed after canopy collapse, to reopen on Aug 17

Delhi Airport's Terminal 1, which was closed after a canopy collapsed in June killing one person, will be operational from August 17. The terminal was closed for the safety of passengers. The new terminal was developed as part of the Phase 3A expansion project by Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) and inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on March 10, 2024.
