Delhi assembly to go fully solar with new 500 kW plant launch

In a push to ensure that the Delhi assembly operates entirely on solar energy, the lieutenant governor, VK Saxena, laid the foundation stone for a 500 kw solar power plant inside the Delhi assembly premises on Monday. The solar power generation capacity of the legislative assembly will be pushed from 200 kw to 500 kw.
