Delhi-based firm puts real blasts' pics next to explosive's listing to attract people, fined

CCPA imposed a ₹10-lakh fine on Delhi-based online B2B marketplace Dial4Trade for selling ammonium nitrate, an explosive substance, without the mandatory regulatory safeguards. Dial4Trade didn't verify buyers' identity and licensed status or ensure traceability of transactions. CCPA also found that the platform advertised ammonium nitrate next to pictures of real blasts to attract buyers.
