Delhi-based firm's ex-MD keeps company car, company then fails to clear its loan

Delhi-based movie distributor Interworld Digital defaulted on a car loan as ex-MD Man Mohan Gupta kept the vehicle that the company bought for him. Interworld revealed that it failed to pay the final ₹6-lakh instalment as Gupta refused to return the vehicle or clear the debt. Gupta transferred Interworld's entire business to other entities formed by him, the company claimed.
