Delhi Cabinet approves free rides for women on DTC buses from Oct 29

The Delhi Cabinet on Thursday approved free rides for women on DTC buses and cluster buses effective from October 29, said Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot. Women can avail free rides using the 'single-journey passes' which will be available with the bus conductors. Women who do not want to have free rides can also buy tickets, said Gahlot.
