Delhi CM announces menstrual health measures for girl students

On World Menstrual Hygiene Day, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta announced several measures targeted at girl students. The government will improve sanitary pad vending systems, strengthen menstrual health education, and run awareness campaigns through ASHA and Anganwadi workers. Schools will also focus on better hygiene, clean toilets, and health awareness on PCOS, anaemia, and cervical cancer.
