Delhi CM condemns 3-yr-old's assault at playschool, orders premises to be sealed

Delhi CM Rekha Gupta condemned the assault of a three-year-old boy at a playschool in Maujpur, calling it "deeply disturbing". The Chief Minister's Office (CMO) said the District Magistrate has initiated proceedings to seal the school and that a police investigation is underway as well. The boy's father said he was tied to a chair and beaten for three hours.
