Delhi CM Rekha holds 'kheer ceremony' ahead of Budget Session

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta held a special 'kheer ceremony' on Monday ahead of the Delhi Budget Session 2026. She reportedly cooked the kheer herself and served it to school students. The Budget session, scheduled from March 23 to 25, will start with the tabling of the Economic Survey and the Budget presentation will take place on March 24.
