Delhi: Construction ban lifted after pollution level drops

Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung on Tuesday issued directions to lift the ban on construction and demolition activities in Delhi, in view of the loss of "income to daily wage labourers and the labouring class", reports said. This comes after the Delhi Pollution Control Committee recorded a 33% fall in PM 10 levels and 25% fall in PM 2.5 levels.
