Delhi couple arrested for selling single flat to multiple buyers

A Delhi couple, Naresh Kumar Sikri and Sharda Sikri, aged 57 and 55, were arrested for a property fraud case involving the sale of a single flat to multiple buyers. The couple allegedly deceived victims through fraudulent contracts, accumulating approximately ₹2 to ₹2.5 crore, while the property was mortgaged. Both are now in judicial custody as investigations continue.
