HGS Dhaliwal, an IPS officer, took to Twitter to share a video of a couple making out while riding a bike in Delhi's Rajouri Garden. "Need for new sections for Motor Vehicles Act violations!" he captioned the video. In the video, the woman can be seen sitting on the fuel tank of the bike, facing the man and hugging him.
