Delhi court allows Kochhar's brother-in-law to leave India

A Delhi court has directed the authorities concerned to withdraw the lookout circular against Rajiv Kochhar, brother-in-law of former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar, in an alleged bank loan fraud and money laundering case. He was allowed to return to Singapore, where he is currently based. Rajiv should furnish fresh itinerary and give his address in Singapore and contact numbers.
