A Delhi court has dismissed the statutory bail plea of former Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited promoters Kapil Wadhawan and his brother Dheeraj. CBI had arrested the two accused over a bank loan scam case. Judge Vishal Gogne noted that the accused were also charged with section 409, providing a maximum period of 90 days to file the charge sheet.
