Delhi court extends VanDyke's stay abroad till Feb 24

A Delhi court extended permission for US national Matthew VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals to stay outside India until February 24, after NIA sought more time to investigate. Arrested in March for allegedly training Myanmar armed groups under UAPA, they were later charged only under the Immigration and Foreigners Act. VanDyke returned for Friday's hearing after being abroad for a month.
