Delhi court orders release of 3 Vivo money laundering case accused
A Delhi court ordered release of three accused in the Vivo money laundering case on bail bonds worth ₹2 lakh each. The accused, which include Vivo India interim CEO Hong Xuquan and CFO Harinder Dahiya, argued that their detention violated legal provisions requiring detainees to be produced before authorities within 24 hours. Grounds of arrest weren't promptly furnished, they added.
