Delhi court slams police for 6-yr delay in MCOCA arrests

A Special Court at Rouse Avenue reprimanded Delhi Police for failing to arrest two MCOCA-accused, Mukesh alias Punit and Pardeep alias Guri, for six years. The court called the Additional DCP's 'best efforts' claim a "mockery," and directed an inquiry against erring officials. The court also ordered the Joint Commissioner to appear in person at the next hearing.
