Delhi doctors remove 1.16-kg hairball from woman's stomach

Delhi doctors removed a massive 1.16-kg hairball from a woman's stomach after she reportedly ate her own hair for 11 years. The rare condition, known as trichophagia, can cause hair to accumulate in the stomach and form a trichobezoar. Doctors warn that persistent hair-eating behaviour requires timely medical and psychological evaluation.
