Delhi govt bans the sale of LPG cylinders directly from godowns

The Delhi government has imposed a ban on the sale of LPG cylinders directly from godowns. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said the move is intended to improve transparency in the supply chain and prevent diversion or black marketing. She added that consumers can purchase 5-kg LPG cylinders from gas agencies by presenting a valid ID without any address verification.
