Delhi govt increases pension for senior citizens, disabled

The Delhi government on Friday announced that the pension for senior citizens, disabled and widows has been increased. "Pension for senior citizens has been raised from ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 and from ₹1,000 to ₹2,000," said Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia. The pension for disabled and widows has also been increased from ₹1,500 to ₹2,500, he added.
