Delhi govt launches 'CM Jansunwai Portal' for public complaints

CM Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government on Saturday launched a 'CM Jansunwai Portal' and mobile app for the public to submit complaints online. "Delhi residents no longer need to run around government offices to resolve their problems," CM said. She added that this portal will help in monitoring the complaints of the public and finding timely solutions to the problems.
