Delhi govt launches scheme that provides ₹10 lakh cover to citizens over 70 yrs

The Delhi government on Monday launched the Ayushman Bharat Vay Vandana Yojana that provides health cover of up to ₹10 lakh to senior citizens aged 70 years and above. The scheme was part of the poll promises made by the BJP during the Assembly polls. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta launched the scheme along with Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.
