Delhi govt notifies pollution control plan, announces rules for WFO, parking & construction

The Delhi government has notified a pollution control plan that will remain in force every year from November 1 to February 28. Government and private offices will operate with 50% physical attendance, and most dust-generating construction work will be restricted from November 1 to January 31. Parking fees will be doubled between November 1 and February 28.
