Delhi Gymkhana Club members move Delhi HC over eviction notice

Members and staff of the Delhi Gymkhana Club have moved the Delhi High Court against the Centre's show-cause notice seeking their eviction from the club's 27.3-acre premises on Safdarjung Road. In 2022, the Centre initiated proceedings before the NCLT, alleging violations of the lease deed and mismanagement. Justice Avneesh Jhingan is scheduled to hear the matter on July 6.
