Delhi HC allows Wankhede to sue Aryan for defamation in Mumbai

The Delhi High Court has permitted IRS officer Sameer Wankhede to take his defamation lawsuit against Aryan Khan and Netflix over 'Ba***ds of Bollywood' to a civil court in Mumbai. The Delhi court previously rejected Wankhede's plea over a lack of territorial jurisdiction. Wankhede alleged that Aryan's directorial showed a character who bore a resemblance to him.
