Delhi HC asks platforms to reply to NTR Jr’s plea on identity use

The Delhi High Court has asked e-commerce and social media platforms to respond to actor NTR Jr's complaint alleging unauthorised use of his name, image and likeness. Treating the plea as a formal grievance under the IT Rules, the Court directed action within three days. The case will be heard again on December 22.
