Delhi HC denies default bail to Red Fort blast co-conspirator

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday denied default bail to Red Fort blast co-conspirator Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish. Wani had approached the high court against a trial court's order rejecting his bail on the grounds that the prescribed period of investigation had lapsed. The NIA had alleged that Wani provided technical support for carrying out the terror attack.
