Delhi HC denies PepsiCo immediate relief over Sting ‘energy drink’ label

The Delhi High Court on Monday did not allow PepsiCo to immediately produce new Sting stocks labelled as an 'energy drink'. It sent the case back to a single judge, asking him to explain within a week why the company should not be allowed to continue production. The court clarified that it had not taken a final decision on it.
