Delhi HC dismisses Imam's plea to postpone release of '2020 Delhi'

The Delhi High Court has refused to entertain Delhi riots accused Sharjeel Imam's plea to postpone the release of the film '2020 Delhi'. The court noted that it was premature for it to examine the objections as CBFC certification is still pending. The film is reportedly based on the communal violence that took place in the national capital in 2020.
