Delhi HC exempts lawyers, court staff in NCR from ban on non-BS VI vehicles

The Delhi High Court on Friday said that advocates and judicial staff residing in the NCR will be exempt from the ban on plying vehicles registered outside Delhi that don't meet BS-VI emission standards. It passed the order on a plea filed by the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA). DHCBA argued that lawyers and judicial staff perform essential functions.
