Delhi HC grants bail in ₹842-cr medical procurement scam

Delhi High Court granted regular bail to former DGHS Dr Vatsala Aggarwal and Dr Vinod Kumar Ranga in an alleged ₹842-crore corruption case involving procurement of medical goods at inflated prices. Justice Sachin Datta ruled continued custody was unnecessary. Both must stay within NCR, surrender passports, and avoid DGHS and CPA premises without court permission.
