Delhi HC judge Swarana Kanta Sharma junks Kejriwal's plea, refuses to recuse herself from his case

Delhi HC Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma refused to recuse herself from hearing the excise policy case against former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and others. Kejriwal had filed a plea seeking her recusal, and while arguing for himself, highlighted that the judge had attended RSS-linked events. "I will not recuse myself, I will hear this case," she said on Monday.
