Delhi HC limits 'Yes Man' book injunction to 4 passages

The Delhi High Court modified a blanket restraint on 'Yes Man: The Untold Story of Rana Kapoor', ruling that a pre-trial injunction cannot cover an entire book. Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar held the restraint applies only to four specific passages found prima facie defamatory or derogatory, allowing the rest of the book to remain in circulation.
