Delhi HC never mandated hospitalisation: Sonam Wangchuk's wife

Sonam Wangchuk's wife, Gitanjali Angmo, said his hospitalisation was not in accordance with Delhi High Court's order. "The order never mandated hospitalisation. It simply stated that an individual's health is paramount and must be monitored at regular intervals," she added. Wangchuk was forcibly taken by Delhi police to Safdarjung Hospital on the 21st day of indefinite hunger strike on Saturday.
